I can still print somehow, but that seems to be the only available feature. I tried doing the scan from my printer, but it keeps saying I need to connect and install the HP Smart App (which I already have) in order to scan from the printer itself.īoth my computer and my printer are on the same network. I also noticed it would say my printer was online and ready one minute, then the next it would go offline. I was trying to scan some documents today on my 5255 printer, when I got a message saying it was unavailable and to try again through my HP Smart App.
